Former LSU linebacker Ali Highsmith has been arrested in Baton Rouge for alleged possession of marijuana.
Baton Rouge police told local television station WAFB Highsmith, who played at LSU from 2004-07, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish prison on October 14.
Highsmith ended his career at LSU an All-American during his senior year, when LSU won the national championship. He currently does not play in the NFL.
