Interstate 12 blocked at Essen Lane

Interstate 12 is completely blocked at Essen Lane because of a major traffic accident, Baton Rouge Police Department officials say.
The department will release more information about the closure and when it becomes available, according to Sgt. Don Kelly, BRPD spokesman.
