Football: Masoli wins appeal, will be eligible this season

University of Mississippi quarterback Jeremiah Masoli will be eligible to play this season.
Masoli won an appeal with the NCAA Division I subcommittee for Legislative Relief on Friday. The NCAA originally denied him a transfer waiver.
Masoli transferred from the University of Oregon after being dismissed from the team.
