Former LSU running back and kick returner Trindon Holliday has broken his thumb and will miss the 2010 season with the Houston Texans, according to the Houston Chronicle.
It was unsure if the specialist would make the Texans’ roster after fumbling a punt against the New Orleans Saints in last weekend’s preseason game.
Holliday was Houston’s sixth-round pick in this year’s draft.
