Saints running back P.J. Hill is lost for the season after injuring his arm against the Houston Texans on Saturday night.
The Saints waived hill Monday with the expectation of putting him on injured reserve, according to a report by the Associated Press.
The Saints have signed former Florida running back DeShawn Wynn to replace Hill.
Hill is the second Saints running back lost to injury this preseason, as Lynell Hamilton was lost to a season-ending knee injury Aug. 11.
