Folk duo Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel will perform at the opening weekend of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on April 24 — their only U.S. performance of the year and the first time they appear at the festival together, according to a news release on the pair’s Web site.Other headliners of the festival include Pearl Jam, Van Morrison, Aretha Franklin and the Allman Brothers, and single day tickets cost $45 in advance and $60 at the gate.—-Contact Sarah Lawson at [email protected]
