On Jan. 15 the University Laboratory School officially named its high school wing W.L. Albritton Hall in remembrance of William Louis Albritton, an LSU alumnus and World War II veteran.
Carol Albritton Biedenharm, Albritton’s daughter, made the contribution to the Lab School Foundation Campaign.
The campaign has earned $6.3 million, exceeding the program’s goal by $1.3 million.
Support for the Lab School Foundation Campaign works in conjunction with Forever LSU’s goal of achieving $750 million by the end of 2010.
