Freshman right-hander Cole Henry earned SEC Baseball Co-Freshman of the Week after a dominating 12 strikeout performance against Florida on Friday.
Henry recorded 16 total outs – 75 percent struck out. His 12 strikeouts were the most by an LSU pitcher since Alex Lange’s 13 strikeout performance since Kentucky in 2015.
The win over Florida marked his fourth SEC win and added to his team leading strikeouts, now 60.
