Sophomore point guard Tremont Waters will not play as LSU faces No. 5 Tennessee on Saturday, as LSU source told Amie Just of NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.
Waters was not present for LSU’s pregame shoot-around and is out with an undisclosed illness. This is the first game he has missed in his two-year career at LSU.
Waters is averaging 15.7 points and 5.9 assists per game.
