A woman was shot to death Tuesday afternoon at an apartment complex on Burbank Drive, according to officials at the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
EBRSO deputies were called to The Oliver Apartments on Burbank Drive at about 1:20 p.m., where they found a women shot to death inside an apartment, according to spokesperson Casey Rayborn Hicks.
Hicks said the woman’s boyfriend confessed to the shooting. He will be charged and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
