Lil Uzi Vert gets abducted in his new album “Eternal Atake”. The rapper’s second album goes through transitions of Lil Uzi Vert getting abducted. It’s a unique way to go from song to song, and it kept me entertained.
“Eternal Atake” takes us on a ride through songs mixed with alien sounds and a Windows pinball game. It’s an interesting take on beats from unconventional sounds. There were some strong suits about this album, but there were also some downfalls. 
Let’s talk more about the good qualities. The album has a strong first half. They kept me hyped and wanting to listen to more. “Silly Watch,” “You Better Move,” “I’m Sorry” and “Futsal Shuffle 2020” are the best songs on this album. Another aspect I liked about the album are the transitions. 
Lil Uzi Vert goes through the stages of being abducted by aliens. It’s an interesting way to tell a story through music. I really liked this part of the album, and it’s what made me decide it was an alright album. There were some songs that I didn’t like at all. 
“P2” is another version of “XO Tour Llif3,” and I didn’t like it that much. I know Lil Uzi Vert is talented enough to come up with something different. “POP” was also another song that I didn’t dig too much. His voice really didn’t mix well with the beats, so it sounded wacky for a bit.
Supposedly, Lil Uzi Vert released “Eternal Atake” a week early, and I think he could’ve released it on the expected date. I think this is a good example that quality is worth the wait. Artists shouldn’t be pressured to release a full project month after month. 
Overall, I still think it was a decent album, and it still had some songs that made me forget about the other ones that I didn’t like. The transitions were my favorite part, and I still get enjoyment out of that.
