The Miami Dolphins selected former LSU long snapper Blake Ferguson in the 6th round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Ferguson played in 53 consecutive games and was twice named permanent team captain in 2018 and 2019 becoming the first long snapper in LSU history to receive the honor.
He follows in the footsteps of his older brother Reid Ferguson, who is now the long snapper for the Buffalo Bills.
Ferguson was the 13th LSU player to be selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.
