Baton Rouge, a city filled with adventures for all ages, has new and upcoming events for your week. Although the month of September will be a tad different this year (like everything else), our city still has fun but safe activities to join.
Yoga and Beer
From now until September 16th, Tin Roof Brewing Company will be hosting a free hour-long yoga class every Wednesday. Sipping a locally brewed beer while doing downward dog can be the perfect way to stretch out all your stress for the week. Spots are limited so head to facebook.com to register.
Fresh and Clean
Red Stick Farmers Market is here to provide Baton Rouge with fresh local produce. All month the market will appear behind Pennington Biomedical Center on Thursdays and next to Main Street Market downtown on Saturdays.

Lash and Sip
Need a girl’s night and a makeover? This Saturday the 5th, you and the gals can learn beauty tips while sipping on wine with Seaux Luxe Beauty. There are only 15 spots open so be sure to buy your tickets soon at eventbrite.com.
Tunes and Chill
Want to play some of your original music for a crowd? Or do you want to just listen and enjoy? Well, both are welcomed at La Divina Italian Café every Friday at six p.m. Original Music Gathering is a great way for new artists to show their work and be supported by an encouraging crowd. For more information: eventbrite.com.
With great options this week, the fun should not be limited. Please make be sure to remain socially distant and to wear a mask when required.
