Forty-one people have been indicted in what U.S. attorney for the middle district of Louisiana says is the region’s largest take-down of drug and weapon dealers.
In a press conference earlier today, authorities say all the charges are related to a large drug operation with a focus on drug and weapons trafficking.
Officials also seized luxury vehicles and over one million used in drug profits.
The arrests were spearheaded by the federal middle district of Louisiana’s Drug Task Force with help from local authorities.
