BRPD arrested Zeringue after reviewing photos collected by residents and Wildwood security, according to the affidavit from BRPD. Zeringue was arrested for Peeping Tom in Livingston Parish in 2017, according to the arrest report.

Zeringue was asked to leave the property one month ago after a resident reported he was loitering, according to the affidavit.
Wildwood residents received an alert that Zeringue posted bail on Monday, but police are in the process of issuing an arrest warrant and assured Wildwood he poses no immediate threat.
