LSU Residential Life has announced lower rent rates for on-campus apartments starting in the fall 2018 semester, according to a broadcast email.
East and West Campus two-bedroom apartments have been reduced by $370 per academic year, three-bedrooms have been reduced by $410 per academic year, and four-bedrooms have been reduced by $470 per academic year.
Nicholson Gateway Apartments’ two-bedroom apartments will be reduced by $400 per 10-month lease or $500 per 12-month lease, for both one- and two-bathroom layouts.
Students who will be affected by this change do not need to take any action, as the reduced rate will show on fee bills in the fall. Students looking to change apartment styles or communities can speak with LSU Residential Life staff about their desired change.
