More than half of Louisiana’s high school graduating class qualifies for TOPS

For the first time ever in Louisiana, more than half of Louisiana’s high school graduating class will qualify for TOPS.
State officials made the announcement Tuesday morning, saying that 52 percent of public high school graduates in the class of 2017 were eligible for TOPS.
TOPS pays tuition and other costs for students who meet academic requirements.
