The Vice President of Human Resources at LSU suddenly retired Tuesday night.
A.G. Monaco’s retirement follows hundreds of his private emails brought to light in a WAFB news investigation. The emails revealed Monaco frequently used profanity and degrading language when speaking to fellow LSU employees. He even dropped the f-bomb in an email to President F. King Alexander.
After President Alexander brought up his foul language, Monaco said, “if cussing was a crime, I should be on death row in Angola.”
WAFB investigators are reviewing thousands of Monaco’s emails right now to see if there are any more instances of crude behavior.
