We kicked things off with the Sun Ra Arkestra led by Marshall Allen. I was fortunate enough to see them perform this song a few weeks ago in New Orleans and it was truly magical. Some Psychic and Powerless regulars on here: dug into MV & EE’s 2011 tour with Mick Flower, live Sonic Youth from the oft-neglected A Thousand Leaves Tour, Daniel Bachman performing in support of his new record, new Tashi Dorji (Kuzu), and Christina Carter in duo form with Heather Leigh as Scorces.
