LSU dropped three spots to No. 10 in Monday’s most recent College Football Playoff rankings following its 74-72 loss to Texas A&M. 
The Tigers (9-3, 5-3 Southeastern Conference) were also ranked No. 12 in the AP Poll and No. 14 Coaches Poll this week. 
The final College Football Playoff rankings will be released on Sunday, Dec. 2. LSU will then have a more clear picture of bowl destinations. The Tigers will most likely head to a New Year’s Six Bowl for the first time in the CFP era.
