Usually, Saturday’s in Louisiana are for the Tigers. But at the Ag Center Botanic Gardens of Baton Rouge, Saturday’s in October are for family fun.
Jenny Jackson, the Development Coordinator for the Botanic Gardens at Burden, describes Corn Maze in October as “a wonderful family friendly event with a corn maze, hay riding, face painting, pumpkin decorating and even zip-lining. All of the dollars that we raise go to support all of education going on here at Burden.”
The third Saturday in October was a success for the Botanic Gardens, but they aren’t quite done yet.
Jackson goes on to say “Next Saturday the twenty-seventh from ten to five and then we will have a night maze where there will be live music, a bond fire and lots of fun things for the kids.”
