It’s time to put the finishing touches on those costumes and dust off those decorations because the All Hallows’ Eve is finally upon us. Whether you’re dressing as a zombie, nurse or President Trump, Halloween is a time for all the freaks and geeks to celebrate as one. As the spooky day quickly approaches, here’s a list of frighteningly good drink deals, parties and events to make the most of this scary season.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

• Tri Delta is hosting Trick or Treat with Tri Delta for all Panhellenic women from 7 to 9 p.m. The event includes free Insomnia Cookies, Halloween games and a costume contest with a trophy and $50 Amazon gift card awarded to the winner.

• Movie and TV fans should venture to Clicks Billiards and Sports Bar dressed as their favorite villains for the “Villains and Victims” Halloween Bash. Party starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 2 a.m.

• TKE and DKE are hosting their Halloween party at Splash Nightclub starting at 9 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

• Ship of Fools will play at La Divina Italian Cafe from 6 to 8 p.m. La Divina will be offering dinner specials, wine selections, beer and gelato. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.com

• The Varsity Theatre is hosting a costume party with live performances by J. Bangga, Droflow, J. Marquis and Brand Nu. Best costume wins a $100 cash prize. Doors open at 9 p.m.

• Duvic’s Martini Lounge is hosting the Junco Jam Halloween Party from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. with open jam led by Keagon Soto and Jesse Zeringue. Drink specials will be offered and costumes are encouraged.

• Listen to the 80s cover band Werewolf at Fred’s Bar in Tigerland at 10 p.m.

• Curbside Burgers is hosting a Horror Movie Trivia Night from 7 to 9 p.m. Prizes will be given during and after the event to winners.

• Watch performances by Captain Green, Hydra Plane and Dubya at Mid City Ballroom during The Spanish Moon Halloween. Doors open at 7 p.m. and show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10, and it’s BYOB. Cash prizes and upcoming show tickets will be awarded to costume contest winners.
