A Southeastern student was walking at midnight Sunday when he was struck by a vehicle on Nicholson and Ben Hur. 
This student has been identified as out-of-town teen Blake Cordes. 
The Cordes family has decided to donate the 19-year-old’s organs after medical experts determined he would not recover from fatal injuries. 
The police that investigated the crash said that the driver of the vehicle was not impaired, at fault, or received a ticket for the incident.
