LSUPD arrested 17-year-old Jacobi Bellazin Wednesday for allegedly raping a University student on campus on Sept. 6, according to a police report. Bellazin was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a second-degree rape charge.
The report said Bellazin picked up a woman in the gravel parking lot at the intersection of Aster Street and Alaska Street. The woman sent Bellazin her location, but repeatedly told Bellazin she did not want to have sex. Bellazin began kissing the woman and climbed on top of her.
Bellazin raped the woman multiple times, according to the report. 
Bellazin is a wide receiver at Livonia High School, according to his 247Sports page.
