The Golden Band from Tigerland never ceases to amaze fans with their halftime performances. But last week’s performance was extra special. 
The performance entitled ‘Binge Watch’ featured theme songs from popular TV shows including “Friends,” “Game of Thrones” and, most notably, “The Office.”
The tribute to “The Office” quickly went viral on Twitter, or ‘Tweeter’ as Dwight Schrute would say, after Angela Kinsey, who plays Angela on the show, tweeted out “Some The Office love from Louisiana! Geaux Tigers.”
One fan couldn’t help but wonder how she knew how to spell g-e-a-u-x. And, as it turns out, Kinsey is actually a Louisiana native from Lafayette.
Shortly after her tweet, the rest of the co-stars of the show tweeted some love to the Golden Band including Steve Carrell, John Krasinski, Ed Helms and Brain Baumgartner. The official twitter of “The Office” even said, “Catch us jamming to this at Cafe Disco.”
After the performance went viral, the LSU Tiger Band decided that they had to take advantage of the fame and invite “The Office” stars to come see their encore performance of ‘Binge Watch’ during the Mississippi State game. 
Now, LSU fans are anxiously awaiting to see if their favorite characters will come see the show first-hand from the sidelines of Death Valley. But, do not worry they are only a ‘little-stitious.’
