Justin McMillan became the second LSU quarterback to announce he will transfer within 24 hours. 
After redshirt freshman Lowell Narcisse announced his decision Tuesday night, McMillan, a redshirt junior, announced his decision in a tweet Wednesday morning. 
McMillan will be a graduate transfer, making him immediately eligible to play upon transferring. 
McMillan saw limited playing time in his time at LSU, but was the most impressive quarterback in the 2018 Spring Game, going 13-of-27 for 182 yards passing and rushing for 69 yards with two touchdowns.
Sophomore Myles Brennan and junior Joe Burrow are the only two scholarship quarterbacks remaining on LSU’s roster.
