Former LSU quarterback Justin McMillan will be finishing his college career close to home at Tulane University in New Orleans, he announced on “Off the Bench” on 104.5 FM ESPN. 
The redshirt junior is eligible to play immediately after LSU blocked him from transferring to any Southeastern Conference school or any school that LSU plays within the next two years.
McMillan was the second LSU quarterback to transfer in 24 hours. Redshirt freshman Lowell Narcisse also announced his transfer to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
