After losing three-straight SEC games, the Tigers finally got back in the win column on Tuesday night, beating the Texas A&M Aggies 77-65.
But in typical Will Wade fashion, the LSU Head Coach didn’t seem very satisfied with the win.
“Obviously good to get a win,” Wade said. “It’s hard to win when you get out-rebounded like that.” (The Aggies out-rebounded the Tigers 50-30)
The Tigers forced 20 turnovers in this game, which Wade says helped them overcome their deficit on the boards.
“We made up for it with the steals,” Wade said.”If we would’ve played with this edge… I don’t even want to think about it,” referring to the previous three loses.
