“I feel like I let everyone down,” head coach Will Wade said after the game.
The first half was fairly even, but the Tide pulled away in the second half with a 40-24 advantage.
Freshman guard Tremont Waters led LSU with 19 total points, five assists, and three steals.
The Tigers return to action on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. against Georgia.
