Tyzell Duncan has also been charged with the armed robbery that took place at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 11 near Blake Hall, according to LSU Media Relations director Ernie Ballard.
Duncan is still in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, Ballard said. Both armed robberies are still under investigation regarding other suspects at this time.

A University student was robbed of an iPhone and purse outside of Blake Hall by two men who then fled the area around 1:30 a.m. Thursday morning, according to LSU Media Relations director Ernie Ballard.
No injuries or arrests have been made at this time. The case is under investigation by LSUPD, Ballard said.
Students and faculty were notified via a broadcast email. This is the second armed robbery reported in two nights.
