Governor pays tribute to state’s longest married couple

Governor Bobby Jindal and First Lady Supriya Jindal honored Ralph and Dorothy Richards, Louisiana’s Longest Married Couple, Monday afternoon by throwing the married couple of 81 years a reception in the Governor’s Mansion for Valentine’s Day.
