The LSU volleyball team will try to ride the momentum from its comeback win last week into tonight’s matchup against Auburn.
LSU had to overcome a two-set deficit against Mississippi State on Sunday, fighting off match point in the third set.
“It gives us the biggest momentum change ever,” said sophomore right side Nicole Willis. “Losing two sets in a row, knowing that if we don’t win this third set we’re not going to win this game gives us a big kick in the butt… And to know that we can and we did do it, that’s a big confidence booster for ball.”
