LSU announced that it has received a letter of intent from renowned River Ridge point guard Malik Morgan for next year’s class.   The 6-foot-3 scorer is a senior at River Ridge High School and is rated at No. 75 in The Rivals 150 for the Class of 2012.    Morgan averaged 28.9 points per game during his junior season to go along with nine rebounds and two steals.   “He is very skilled — not a good scorer, but a great scorer,” Johnson said in a news release. “He is very competitive and he is going to have a huge impact on our team next year.
