SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) — Woodlawn Leadership Academy coach faces a misdemeanor simple battery charge after allegedly slapping a student Nov. 1.
The Times reports 35-year-old DeCarlos Holmes was arrested by the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Thursday morning.
A 16-year-old Woodlawn student told sheriff’s deputies that Holmes paddled him and another student after finding the two students in the hallway.
