NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Roughly 40 foreign ambassadors have gathered in New Orleans for a State Department-sponsored visit designed to promote the region’s economic virtues and forge new opportunities for investment.
During a breakfast Thursday at a hotel overlooking the Mississippi River, a panel of local business leaders touted Louisiana as a haven for international trade and fielded ambassadors’ questions.
