The Baton Rouge Police Department have arrested a suspect in the Capitol One bank robbery that occurred at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday on Highland Road near the north gates of the University, according to Sgt. Don Stone, BRPD spokesman.
Twenty-one-year-old Brendan Coughenour of 4733 Y. A. Tittle Drive was charged with armed robbery and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison Tuesday, according to a BRPD news release.
Crime cameras in the area gave police a description of Coughenour’s car, said Stone.
