Lewis Unglesby, suspended quarterback Jordan Jefferson’s attorney, has not heard from LSU about meeting with coach Les Miles and Vice Chancellor and Senior Associate Athletic Director Joe Alleva about Jefferson’s reinstatement.
Unglesby said he made a written submission to LSU attorney Bob Barton, who refused to comment on the matter.
Unglesby said he remains optimistic he will convince LSU to reinstate his client when given the opportunity.
“I know that they’re fair people,” Unglesby said. “And if we’re given an opportunity, then I think we can answer the questions they have and resolve the issues they’re concerned
