Gov. Bobby Jindal will speak today at noon to discuss his legislative agenda for reforming higher education.
Few details are offered besides when and where Jindal will speak.
Jindal announced recently that he wants the Board of Regents to conduct a study into the possibility of merging the University of New Orleans and Southern University-New Orleans. Jindal wants the study done by March 1.
The Legislature begins its extraordinary session March 20.
