For the fourth straight meet, LSU tallied another high team score of 197.825, or higher.
LSU (13-2, 6-1 Southeastern Conference) scored an exact 197.825 in Denton, Texas, on Saturday against Oregon State, New Hampshire and meet host Texas Women’s.
Once again, junior all-arounder Ashleigh Gnat tallied another perfect score, her fifth of the season. Gnat leads the SEC with 22 event titles this season.
Bugs gets her fifth 10 this season. I’m losing count of her perfect scores at this point. My goodness. https://t.co/LCPT0yEPOK

“Before I go the coaches tell me to have fun and be myself, nothing more, nothing less,” Gnat said in a news release. “I love floor because I can show my personality, and just being able to cap that event off for our team is really fun.”
Freshman all-arounder Lexie Priessman returned from a nagging ankle injury she suffered on Feb. 13, and added a 9.925 on bars, tying her career high score.
Since being upset by Georgia, LSU gym has gone 197.825+ four weeks in a row. That’s one more time than last year’s team did all season.
