Many establishments in Tigerland have taken advantage of canceled classes and are offering drink specials for students.
The Bandit opened at 1 p.m. and will have free drinks until 3 p.m., two-for-one Coors all afternoon, crawfish for $15 a tray starting at 4 and $1.50 Budweiser drafts, according to The Bandit Facebook page.
Mike’s in Tigerland opened at 10 a.m. and is offering $1 Jameson shots, $1 draft beers, $1 doubles, $.50 “lightning strike” shots, $3 daiquiris, $1 shots, $5 pitchers and free drinks from 8-10 p.m., according to their Twitter page.
Fred’s in Tigerland opened at 11 a.m., offering $1 doubles and longnecks with no cover at the door, according to their Twitter page.
Bogie’s Bar opened at noon and is offering free drinks until 3 p.m., according to their Twitter page.
JL’s Place, Reggie’s and The House have not advertised any modified hours or drink specials on social media.
