Jack White, singer, songwriter, musician, and record label producer, is one of the great American legends in Rock ‘N’ Roll. He founded The White Stripes in 1997 with fellow Detroit native – and then wife – Meg White. The White Stripes quickly became an international success with their hit single, “Fell in Love with a Girl” and its accompanying music video. Two years later, The White Stripes struck gold again with “Seven Nation Army”, a classic that has been adopted by stadium crowds ever since its release.
White is widely credited as one of the key artists of the garage rock revival of the 2000’s. He’s won eight Grammy awards, landing himself on Rolling Stone‘s ”Top 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time” list. He has enjoyed consistent critical and popular success throughout all of the projects he has been a part of, including: The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather, and his two solo albums, Blunderbuss andLazaretto, both of which have reached number one on the Billboard charts.
