With the Super Bowl starting on Sunday, there is an intense matchup underway. The Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs are on a winning streak in the Super Bowl as they have won the past two Super Bowls.
Although the Chiefs did win six out of 11 games against the Eagles, the Eagles still have a chance to win as they did beat the Chiefs in their most recent game. But all eyes are on the Chiefs and it is believed that they do still have a leg up in the competition.
Not only have the Chiefs won over the experts, but they have also won over the fans. LSU students had their opinions on who they think will be taking home the ring this year.
“I’ve got the Chiefs, you can’t beat against the refs,” LSU student Bobby Love said.
It is still up in the air on who will win Super Bowl MVP, but the winner will be announced on Thursday February 6. Although some of the students had some pretty well thought out answers like Travis Kelce or Patrick Mahomes, some others had some pretty interesting answers on who they thought would win the Super Bowl MVP.
“Either Jayden Daniels or Lamar Jackson, they were ballin’ out in the Super Bowl,” LSU student Tony Sanchez said.
With the game being an intense matchup, it’s a wonder if the game will be a close one or if one team will blow the other out of the water. Some students felt it would be a close game with maybe a 13 to 14 point difference, while others had some outrageous answers like the final score being 50-0 or 64-0.
Regardless of how the game goes, it is with no debate that it will be a good game. SZA will also be making an appearance for the Halftime show, which has already won over most fans to watch the game. Super Bowl LIX will start on Sunday February 9 at 5:30 p.m.
