WAFB reports LSU Law Professor Ken Levy secured another victory in court Tuesday, after a judge ordered LSU to return him to the classroom while the university conducts an internal investigation into the events that led to his suspension.
Levy is expected to return to the classroom on Thursday, February 13.
District Judge Tarvald Smith also granted Levy’s request for a temporary restraining order against LSU.
Smith is the second judge to issue the same order, with the First Circuit canceled the first restraining order until a hearing could take place to look at the evidence.
On Tuesday afternoon, LSU President Tate stated that he was responsible for deciding to remove Levy from the classroom until an internal investigation was completed.
This is a developing story.
