LSU Men’s Basketball is struggling to get out of a 6 game deficit after losing again to Ole Miss Saturday night.
After keeping the lead for the majority of the second half… reckless fouls and lack of free throw completion from the team allowed the rebels to come out with a win.
The Tigers were 12-25 from the charity strip in Saturday’s loss, which is out of the norm for the team that had a 78% free throw completion rate.
The purple and gold have since dropped to 5th in the SEC in free throws and 1-9 in conference play.
But the team is trying to be optimistic as the season dwindles down.
“We’re just staying the course and trusting the process.” Daimion Collins said. “Getting back in the lab and going to work and just trying to come out the next game with a win.”
