LSU Volleyball hosted Boston College in the opening match of their last slate of non-conference games Thursday.
The Tigers started off strong with a 25-18 win in the first set.
The Eagles took the lead early in the second set, but the Purple and Gold came back to take it 25-22, putting them up 2-0.
Boston College was looking to come back and dominated in the third set, winning it 25-14 and closing LSU’s lead back to only one set.
The fourth set was more competitive, but ultimately the Tigers came out on top. A service error by Audrey Ross won LSU the fourth match 25-21.
The tournament will conclude with tomorrow’s doubleheader. LSU will face North Florida at 10 a.m. and San Diego at 7 p.m. and move on to SEC play next weekend.
