LSU Men’s Basketball’s winning streak snapped after No. 2 Florida came to town.
A recurring issue for the team is depth off the bench.
Outside of a few pieces like freshman Robert Miller who had a career high 19 points in Saturday’s game, the team struggles to continue going after their starting five takes a break.
“In the second half, we only go three of 15 from three, in a game where we were gonna need to make 12-14 to win,” Head Coach Matt McMahon said. “And, you know but I thought Mike Williams off the bench goes three of six from three, he gave us a huge lift there. Rob Miller, 19 points 10 rebounds, so we’re counting on those guys to continue to give us that production.”
LSU Men’s Basketball will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, March 8 in the PMAC against Texas A&M.
