Flau’Jae Johnson will be featured in the second season of ESPN and Omaha Productions’ Full Court Press.
ESPN and Peyton Manning’s production company, Omaha Productions, produce the show that follows three women’s basketball athletes on and off the court, including interviews with them, their families and teams with behind-the-scenes footage.
The first season of the documentary followed Caitlin Clark, Kamilla Cardoso and Kiki Rice last season. This year Notre Dame’s Hannah Hidalgo and USC’s Kiki Iriafan will also be featured with Johnson.
Iriafen spent her first three seasons at Stanford, and after graduating early with a degree in engineering, she returned to her hometown to play a final season at USC.
Johnson helped LSU win the national title as a freshman. She’s continued to be one of the top players for the Tigers. Off of the court, she’s a rap star and entrepreneur.
Hidalgo became among only five freshmen to be Associated Press first-team All-Americans last season. She is one of the best defenders in the nation, having won two ACC Defensive Player of the Year awards.
The show will be available to stream on ESPN+, Hulu and Disney+ directly following their television premieres.
The first episode airs on ESPN on May 3 at noon CT, with the second following immediately after at 1 p.m. CT. Episode three premiers on May 11 at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2, with episode four following at 9 p.m. CT.
