This Halloween, throw on your costumes and get ready to serve on the court. Court to Table is hosting a Halloween party to conclude the spooky season with pickleball and thrilling fun.
Court to Table is a pickleball and restaurant spot where guests can dine in and play. The restaurant is owned by five different local partners, including Gordon McKernan, Clay Furr, Ozzy Fernandez, Bob Barton and Destin Thibodeaux.
This week was Court to Table’s Halloween spirit week, which consists of festive events the entire week leading up to Halloween. The series of events began with Tricks and Treats Tuesday, which was an event for children ages 12 and under. The children were able to Trick or Treat around the venue and got a chance to eat for free afterwards.
The second night was Terror on the Courts which featured a haunted pickleball tournament, costume contest, haunted cornhole, pumpkin paddle painting and more. Thursday’s event was Court to Table’s Halloween-themed bar crawl, where visitors could order Halloween-inspired drinks from the bars inside of Court to Table.
Finally, to wrap everything up, the Halloween Party will be on Friday, which will feature a costume party and Halloween music. They are giving 10% discounts on bills for guests who come dressed up in a costume.
Claire Theriot, a social media intern for Court to Table, says that these events are created with the community in mind. The team enjoys making their environment welcoming and family friendly, so their inspiration behind each Halloween spirit week event was to appeal to every demographic.

“A lot of people come in here asking about our social media and saying ’I came to this place because I saw this deal on social media’ So, I think it definitely reaches a wide range of people.” Theriot said.
The Court to Table staff have been planning out this event for months to ensure that their guests have a great time.
