Four additional members of LSU’s Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity were cited in connection to the hazing investigation that arrested two members last Wednesday, according to WBRZ.
This brings the total number of members involved with the hazing investigation to seven.
Freshmen Jacob Razmus and Dylan Achord and sophomore James McKay were cited for principle to criminal hazing, principle to simple battery and principle to theft charges according to LSUPD reports. Junior Davis Gilmer was cited on criminal hazing, simple battery and principle to theft according to WBRZ.
A citation is a formal notice for a minor offense that requires an appearance in court and the possibility of a fee. It is used for individuals are considered not to be a flight risk or a danger to the public.
The citiations happened on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday according to records obtained by WBRZ.
The alleged battery occurred on Oct. 9 at two different off campus locations and a report was made on Oct. 13 to LSUPD.
