No. 2 LSU gymnastics travels down the road to the Raising Cane’s River Center to compete against three other teams in a podium challenge to round out its two-meet weekend.
“I want some people to get down there. I don’t want to compete in front of nobody on Sunday,” head coach Jay Clark said.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster with prices ranging from $22 to $44. The event will take place at the Raising Cane’s River Center Arena in downtown Baton Rouge on Sunday, March 1 at 3 p.m.
Parking is $10 at the River Center parking garage, but there will be first come, first served parking available on the street near the arena.
Clark has urged students, families and fans to pack the crowd and bring the atmosphere at the home-town away meet.
LSU is set to compete against No. 17 North Carolina, No. 27 Arizona and Alabama once again. The meet will use regular postseason rules as a sneak peek to April: each team will be on their own event and the teams will rotate in Olympic order.
